Honest Water began in 2018 with one route, a small list of customers, and $180 in revenue. What kept the company moving forward was the unrelenting belief that St. Louis families and businesses deserved water they didn’t have to second-guess.
Today, the mission hasn’t changed. Clean drinking water. Reliable delivery. Water treatment systems that solve real problems in St. Louis homes and facilities. Everything Honest Water does is built around the same idea: make water the one thing people don’t have to worry about.
Whether it’s bottled water delivery, reverse osmosis, dechlorination, or softening systems, the focus stays on service that shows up, systems that perform, and solutions that match what’s actually in the water across this region.
Run by People Who Get It Done
Erin Hamilton brings Air Force discipline and organizational systems thinking to everything we do. As an executive in nonprofit leadership by day, she applies the same systematic approach to building efficient operations at Honest Water. Her HR expertise means we hire well, run tight systems, and solve problems directly instead of dancing around them.
Chris Hamilton keeps our operations running and maintains our strong presence in the community—including serving as an Alderman for the City of Breese. His commitment to local communities shows up in how we serve our customers.
Adam Hughes applies his entrepreneurial experience from running multiple service businesses to help Honest Water scale smartly. He knows what works in route-based operations and focuses on sustainable growth that doesn’t compromise service quality.
Liz Hughes keeps us all on track as our project manager—making sure the details that matter don’t fall through the cracks.
Why We Do This
Today we serve 2,000+ homes and facilities across a 60-mile radius from downtown St. Louis. We’re especially proud of our reputation at Scott Air Force Base, where military families trust us to accommodate their schedules and deliver reliably.
